Sterling and Wilson wins Rs 985 crore renewable orders

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy on Tuesday said it secured orders totalling over Rs 985 crore. Wins include a 534.3 MWp Balance of System package in Rajasthan and a 616 MWh battery storage project in South Africa. The Rajasthan work is estimated to cut 0.80 million tonnes of CO2 on commissioning. CEO Chandra Kishore Thakur said the orders show confidence.
