Puravankara has bought a 13.44-acre land parcel in Greater Noida for a housing project with estimated revenue of Rs 5,200 crore. A Tuesday filing said the allotment marks its Delhi-NCR entry. The plot has saleable potential of 4.57 million sq ft. Land cost was not disclosed. Managing Director Ashish Puravankara called the purchase a first step in the region.
