Kerala CM backs medical device parks and 19-law approvals rewrite

Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan said Keralam will support new medical device parks and faster industrial approvals. He said amendments to 19 laws aim for a single door, single document, single approval system. Industries Minister P.K. Kunhalikutty released a 2026-2031 roadmap to lift output from Rs 6,500-7,500 crore toward more than Rs 25,000 crore. Kerala's share target rises above 25 percent.
