Hexaware names Vivek Jetley CEO after 12 years

Hexaware Technologies named EXL executive Vivek Jetley as CEO after Ramakarthikeyan Srikrishna's 12-year tenure ended on Wednesday. Jetley, who headed a $1.4 billion business at EXL, takes charge on October 28. Carlyle owns 74.3 percent of Hexaware. Srikrishna will remain as senior advisor. Hexaware ended last year with $1.54 billion in revenue, up 7.6 percent on a yearly basis.
