Mechanics report clogged injectors and corrosion after E20 rollout

Mechanics across Delhi report clogged fuel injectors, corroded fuel lines and cracked rubber components with increased frequency since E20 petrol was rolled out nationwide in April 2025. At a Royal Enfield service centre in Zamrudpur, mechanic Sunil Kumar said customers began arriving with rough idling and engine misfires in motorcycles barely three or four years old after the fuel change.
