Retired government employee loses Rs 87 lakh in digital arrest scam

An 85-year-old retired central government employee in Nagpur was allegedly cheated of around Rs 87 lakh by fraudsters posing as Enforcement Directorate officers. The scammers used calls, WhatsApp messages, video calls and forged documents to threaten him with arrest.
