India and Belgium sign renewable energy MoU

India and Belgium signed an agreement during Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever's three-day visit to deepen cooperation in renewable energy and clean technology. Prime Minister Narendra Modi cited joint ventures in green ammonia and defence manufacturing. The pact covers green hydrogen production, transport, storage and offshore wind. Both governments reaffirmed commitment to the Paris Agreement ahead of COP31.
