NTA asks candidates to include application numbers

The National Testing Agency has advised candidates to include complete identifying details when raising grievances. NTA said many complaints lack basics needed to trace applications among lakhs of applicants. Candidates are asked to write from their registered email, put the application number in the subject line, and name the exam. Complaints go only to the exam's dedicated helpdesk email.
