Three-year-old drowns in Ghaziabad rain flooded street

A three-year-old girl identified as Manvi died after slipping into rainwater accumulated outside her Sarvodaya Nagar home in Ghaziabad on July 9, NDTV reported. The Vijay Nagar police station jurisdiction area saw heavy rainfall disrupt normal life. Witnesses said by the time residents realised what happened, the child had stopped breathing. Police are investigating.
