Taylor Swift leads 2026 MTV VMA nominations

The 2026 MTV Video Music Awards broadcast live Sunday from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles with Madonna leading 11 nominations and Taylor Swift receiving nine. Swift will get the inaugural Artist Director Honors, lifting her to 31 VMA wins and passing Beyoncé's 30. Snoop Dogg hosts the two-hour CBS telecast at 7:30 pm Eastern.
