Nilekani NEET panel report due by month-end

The Centre told the Supreme Court on Friday that the Nandan Nilekani-led NEET reforms panel is likely to submit its first interim report by the end of September. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said the panel held exhaustive consultations, including with the earlier Radhakrishnan committee. The bench stressed permanent NTA staff and verticals with minimal deputation.
