Tata Motors PV targets twenty percent market share by 2031

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles chairman N. Chandrasekaran told shareholders on July 8 the company aims for 20 percent market share and over 1.2 million annual sales by 2031, The Hindu reported. With 14.2 percent share in Q1 2026 it ranks second after Maruti Suzuki, up from 4.8 percent in FY20 when it was sixth in the segment.
