Sunni Mahallu Federation urges critics to stop interference

The Sunni Mahallu Federation urged critics of religious scholars to stop interfering in religious matters in the name of women's freedom. At a State council meeting at Chemmad on Wednesday, it said every religion has its own laws and scholars issue rulings for believers. The resolution came amid criticism of Kanthapuram A.P. Aboobacker Musliar over remarks on women at celebrations.
