Ritabrata to challenge HC order on TMC frozen accounts

Rebel TMC MLA Ritabrata Banerjee said on July 9 his faction will file a Supreme Court Special Leave Petition after Calcutta High Court allowed Mamata Banerjee's party to temporarily operate three frozen bank accounts, Times of India reported. Retired judge Justice Subrata Talukdar will supervise withdrawals for routine expenses until September 30, 2026.
