Naruto director Date visits Anime India Mumbai

Naruto director Hayato Date attended Anime India Mumbai on August 28-30 and spoke about the show's global reach. Date said the series is seen in more than 80 countries and that he still wants to know why it travels so widely. He directed Naruto from 2002-2007 and Naruto: Shippuden from 2007-2016. He said he would welcome collaboration with Indian makers.
