Former Panasonic India Chairman and CEO Manish Sharma has joined Escorts Kubota as President of its Agri Business, a regulatory filing said on Monday. That unit is the company's largest segment. He will oversee the Tractor, Agri Solutions and Service and Spare Parts divisions at home and abroad. Kubota Corporation holds a 53.5 percent stake and is the controlling shareholder.
