Indian-origin woman wins Rs 85 crore payout

Varsha Gohil has secured a 6.6 million pound payout, about Rs 85 crore, after a 23-year divorce battle in the UK. The case began in 2002 with a smaller settlement, but later money-laundering proceedings against her former husband Bhadresh Gohil uncovered assets that had not been disclosed earlier.
