Gurugram police add Section 109 against Kalyan Bainsla

Gurugram police on Tuesday added an attempt to murder charge under Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita against Kalyan Bainsla. Police said CCTV showed his white car swerving into biker Sia on Golf Course Road on Sunday. An FIR under sections 125 and 281 of BNS was filed Monday at Sector-56 police station. Bainsla was detained in Rajasthan's Dausa.
