Modi tells Putin 51 Indians died in Russian Army war

Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Russian President Vladimir Putin in Bishkek on Monday on the sidelines of the SCO summit. Modi said every day of war sets humanity back. He called for moving from endless war to an end of war. Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said of 227 Indians recruited in the Russian Army, 51 had perished.
