Pakistan minister Musadik Malik threatens to cut off hands over Indus water share dispute

NDTV reported June 30 Climate Change Minister Malik said at a joint press conference with Information Minister Attaullah Tarar that anyone laying hands on Pakistan's water share would face severed hands. He accused India of controlling a tap on Indus flows after New Delhi placed the 1960 Indus Waters Treaty in abeyance following the April 2025 Pahalgam terror attack.
