Xi Jinping skips Modi BRICS gala dinner

Chinese President Xi Jinping skipped a gala dinner hosted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for BRICS leaders in New Delhi on Saturday. A source said Xi returned to his hotel to rest. Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed also left after the summit. Vladimir Putin and other BRICS leaders attended with Union ministers and chief ministers.
