ABVP urges two-phase exams and twice yearly NEET

The RSS-backed ABVP submitted examination reforms to Nandan Nilekani's High-Powered Task Force, calling for two-stage major competitive tests and exploring NEET twice a year with the better score counted. Recommendations include computer-based exams, stronger paper security and transparent answer keys. The Task Force sought public input by September 13. The NTA moved its main office to Minto Road in Central.
