SC declines to revive Amaravati land pooling case

The Supreme Court refused to interfere with an Andhra High Court order quashing a 2021 case against N. Chandrababu Naidu and P. Narayana over Amaravati land pooling. A bench led by Chief Justice Surya Kant said the outcome would not affect other cases. The FIR was registered in March 2021 on a complaint by then MLA Alla Rama Krishna Reddy.
