Vaishnaw plans Hyderabad as high-speed rail hub

Union Railway and Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw announced plans to develop Hyderabad as a major high-speed rail hub, News On AIR reported. He said the planned network would cut travel time among South India's key economic centres and strengthen corridor connectivity for passengers and freight users across Telangana and neighbouring southern states over coming years.
