Twisha Sharma death case, ex-judge Giribala Singh arrested by CBI

CBI arrested retired judge Giribala Singh on Thursday in Bhopal in the Twisha Sharma death case, a day after the Madhya Pradesh High Court cancelled her anticipatory bail. She faces charges including dowry death and cruelty under the BNS, plus provisions of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Investigators also conducted a forensic examination at the residence.
