Dehradun woman allegedly confined and tortured for months

A Dehradun woman was allegedly locked in a room and toilet for 10 months by her in-laws and survived on raw rice, onions and chillies, NDTV reported. Her father filed a complaint at Selakui Police Station naming her husband Rahul Khanduri and his parents, alleging repeated assault, threats and denial of family contact. Selakui police are investigating.
