Joshi launches 6-month bridge course for B.Ed teachers

Union Education Minister Pralhad Joshi launched a six-month Certificate Bridge course in Primary Teacher Education for in-service teachers who hold B.Ed degrees. NIOS will deliver the programme for teachers appointed between June 28, 2018 and August 11, 2023, officials said. The NCTE-framed course includes six theory papers, at least 10 online contact days and 20 school-based days.
