MEA says Revanth Reddy US programme was not appropriate

On 21 August 2026, MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said political clearance for Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy's United States visit was denied because the proposed programme was not considered appropriate to the office held and the purpose of the visit.
