Nepal officer resumes flood relief after brother's death

Sudip Kumar Neupane, a 31-year-old officer in Rasuwa's Uttargaya Rural Municipality, returned to flood relief two days after his brother died. On 26 August, glacial collapse in Langtang sent water down the Bhotekoshi. His brother Pradip, 27, and colleague Janak dai did not survive. Neupane said a two-second delay may have saved him. He kept working despite objections.
