ProRail flags sabotage after pipes at 24 sites

Dutch rail operator ProRail said material including pipes was found at 24 track locations and treated the disruption as possible sabotage on September 15. Thousands of passengers were affected, mainly in central and eastern Netherlands, including services around Zwolle, Deventer and Amersfoort during morning rush hour. Police and the AIVD intelligence agency are investigating. No group claimed responsibility.
