Punjab ticket-cap row draws in Ravneet Bittu

BJP leader Ravneet Bittu backed Congress MP Sukhjinder Randhawa in a Punjab ticket dispute. State Congress chief Raja Warring said one family should get one Assembly ticket. Randhawa, speaking at Issru with Charanjit Channi present, said capable winners in one family could get even four tickets. Bittu asked why three Gandhi family members sit in Parliament if the cap applies.
