Andhra Pradesh CM N Chandrababu Naidu approved India's first Quantum and AI University campus in Amaravati. It will be run by NIELIT under the Ministry of Electronics and IT. The campus will come up on 8.5 acres with an investment of Rs 730.7 crore over five years, funded by a central government grant. The project aims to train 8,250 learners.
