Adani Airports raises $1 billion from global funds

Adani Airport Holdings Ltd agreed to raise about $1 billion, or Rs 9,825 crore, from Alpha Wave Global, Premji Invest, Temasek and BlackRock-managed funds. The deal values AAHL at about $18 billion pre-money. Investors will hold roughly 5.54 percent after three tranches ending by July 2027. Proceeds will expand airport infrastructure and related airport-city projects.
