Karnataka open to bilateral talks with Tamil Nadu on Mekedatu project

The Hindu reported that Irrigation Minister Ramalinga Reddy said on June 20 Karnataka is willing to hold dialogue on the Mekedatu balancing reservoir if Tamil Nadu comes forward, after TN Assembly unanimously opposed the project on June 19.
