India calls out Pakistan's genocidal record at UN Security Council

At the UN Security Council on May 20, India told Pakistan its long tainted record of genocidal acts disqualifies it from lecturing others on civilian protection. Ambassador Harish Parvathaneni spoke after Pakistan raised Jammu and Kashmir during the annual open debate on protecting civilians in armed conflict held at United Nations headquarters in New York.
