Poonch cloudburst buries eight family members under mud

A cloudburst at around 3.30 am on July 19 buried eight members of Mohammad Latief's family in Lower Muran village, Surankote tehsil, Poonch district. Latief had stepped out to move his SUV minutes before the deluge flattened his three-storey house. Rescuers recovered two bodies by evening.
