French technology firm Sopra Steria has leased 474,150 square feet at Maconns Grande in Noida Sector 132. The 15-year lease began on May 30, 2026, at monthly rent of Rs 3.755 crore, or Rs 79.2 per square foot. The deal includes 1,125 car parking spaces and a security deposit of Rs 20.48 crore. Rent escalates 10 percent every three years.
