National Security Advisor Ajit Doval said Prime Minister Narendra Modi's first question after the April 22, 2025 Pahalgam attack was who had done it and who was responsible. Doval described an airport meeting after Modi cut short a Saudi Arabia visit. He said intelligence agencies identified the perpetrators quickly.
