Northern Railway clarified that a viral video of a religious ceremony inside a moving train showed a privately booked saloon car, not a regular passenger coach, NDTV reported. The IRCTC commercial booking for Rs 3,08,580 attached the luxury saloon to Paschim Express Train 12926 for a one-way New Delhi to Mumbai Central journey on July 10.
