Rahul Gandhi moves SC on asset probe orders

Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi has moved the Supreme Court against Allahabad High Court orders in a disproportionate assets complaint. A bench of Chief Justice Surya Kant and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and V Mohana is listed to hear the plea on August 17. Gandhi has also sought transfer of the case to the Delhi High Court.
