Communications: When You contact Us (e.g., for support or to contact the Grievance Officer), We may collect and store the contents of your communication.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interaction with the Services, such as features You use, "Sparks" You read, "Voices" You view, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.
Device Information: We collect information about the device You use to access the App, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and mobile network information.
Location Information: With your permission, We may collect information about the precise location of your device to help You tag "Voices" or for analytical purposes.
C. Information from Third Parties:
We may receive information about You from other users or third parties, to the extent permitted by applicable law.D. Moderation Information:
We may collect metadata or moderation data associated with "Voices" submitted by Users, including timestamps, review status, and administrative feedback. This information is used to assess the authenticity, accuracy, and suitability of submissions for publication.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information We collect for the following purposes:
To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
To publicly display "Voices" You submit, as is the core function of the civic accountability feature.
To aggregate and analyze data from "Voices" to foster transparency and for our business purposes.
To personalize your experience, such as by showing You relevant content.
To respond to your comments, questions, and support requests.
To communicate with You about the Services, including sending technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Services.
To enforce Our Terms of Service and other policies.
To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, and the public.
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
A. Publicly ("Voices"): Your User-Generated Content ("Voices") is, by its nature, public. When You post a "Voice," it may be viewed, collected, and used by other users of the App and the general public. We are not responsible for the subsequent use or misuse of this public information.
B. Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers who perform services on Our behalf, such as data hosting, analytics, and technical support. These providers are obligated to use your information only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
C. Third-Party Content ("Sparks"): When You access Third-Party Content (e.g., by tapping a "Spark"), you may be directed to a third-party website or service. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. This Policy does not apply to their data collection.
D. Legal and Safety Reasons: We may disclose your information if We believe in good faith that it is required by law, regulation, legal process (such as a subpoena), or governmental request; or to protect and defend Our rights, property, or the safety of Our users or the public.
E. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, dissolution, reorganization, or sale of some or all of the Company's assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of our systems or your information, nor can We guarantee that information You supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to Us over the internet.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide You the Services, or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. "Voices" You post may remain public indefinitely.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right, at any time, to add to, change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy. If We do, then We will post these changes on this page and may inform You via in-app notification or other means. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this Policy will constitute Your consent and acceptance of such changes. In all cases, use of information We collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
A. You have a right to review your Personal Information and correct any errors in your Personal Information available with Us by writing to the Grievance Officer.
B. You may request Us in writing that We cease to use your Personal Information and/or delete your existing Personal Information by writing to the Grievance Officer. In the event that You refuse to share any information, or withdraw consent to process information that You have previously given to Us, We reserve the right to restrict or deny the provision of our Services for which We consider such information to be necessary.

9. RESTRICTION OF LIABILITY
The Company makes no claims, promises, or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents available through the App and expressly disclaims liability for errors and omissions in the contents. No warranty of any kind, implied, expressed, or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third-party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and freedom from computer virus, is given with respect to the contents available through the App or its links to other internet resources.
